I was delighted to immediately recognize the sample in Jack Beat’s new track ‘Revolution’ (from their new EP, which you can buy here) as randomly being from hip-hop legend/actor/God’s gift to women, Common. Not only is Common one of my most listened to MC’s, but this is an ode to a fantastic song from an album which epitomizes all there is to like about the man: 2000′s  ’Like Water To Chocolate’.
So not only has Jack Beats got me hopping around to this wacky new track, they’ve redirected my attention to some music I’ve left in my hip-hop folder for far too long; and now I find myself taken back to my high-school days, smoking way too much herb and listening to soulful hiphop.

Revolution – Jack Beats (320)

In the order of my liking, here’s some new Foamo tracks.
Played at the right time they can produce a frenzy much like the effects of a rabid dog bite.

1. Royal T (Foamo Remix) – Crookers (320)  <—- heater.
2. As We Enter (Foamo Dub) – Nas & Damian Marley (320)
3. Devil’s Eyes (Foamo Remix) – Drop The Lime (320)

Keep It Hood (Bird Peterson Remix) – Project Pat (320)
Bird Peterson comes through with the bass with this steezy mix.

5am (Mighty Fools Remix) – Tommie Sunshine feat. Oh Snap!! (320)
5am (Bart B More Remix) – Tommie Sunshine feat. Oh Snap!! (320)

I have been obsessed with a zombie apocalypse scenario since I was 11.
There’s no other movie I’ve watched more times than the original Dawn Of The Dead.
Herve appeals to my desires with his new banger, Zombies.
Zombies – Herve (320)

Title track from Boy 8-Bit’s new EP.
The Keep – Boy 8-Bit (320)

Beautiful weather, had an amazing skate today in warmth reminicient of May. This summer’s going to be sweltering and dry.
This track has spread through the blogs in the last week in light of the WMC madness that’s going down in Florida; Fukkk Offf provides a suitably hot jam that gets it bumpin!
The next track is off the Boysnoize release ‘Miami Noize 2010′; quality electro that’d you expect from the label.
Just got this Boys Noize remix of Röyksopp, not always into BN’s grind but this is sick.
Enough electro. Here’s some fidget, nothing new.
I liked a couple Killabit’s remixes last summer, this Dubstep mix is rough/rugged&raw.
Zed’s Dead has been killin’ it, here’s a golden remix he did for salaciousound.
Joker’s new dose of purple. Feelin it.
Some FRESH nectar so sweet my ears just melted.
For D, some quality progressive house.

Till Tonight – Laidback Luke (320)
Brand new Laidback Luke track, not the radio-rip that’s around.

Ive been into Zodiac Cartel’s music as of late.
Here’s a brand new track that has all the elements of what I consider a good fidget sound, (not the undefined wobbly house sound that I love as well.)
Make My Music (Zodiac Cartel Remix) – Emanuel Kosh (320)

The Canadian Don Juan de Electro, Felix Cartal just released his album ‘Popular Music’ on Dim Mak,
and although most of his heavier songs aren’t really my thing, I’m going to post a track.
It’s not entirely a dance tune, more a raw anthem for all you single folk drinking in hopes of carnal encounters.
Cheers to the chase, people! Try not to go in circles. ;)
